OTIS collects only the information necessary to manage fulfillment operations. This includes employee names, 4-digit PINs for authentication, and order/customer data entered during normal business use (customer names, email addresses, and shipping details).

2. How We Use Your Information

All data is used exclusively for internal order management, task tracking, and inventory operations. We do not sell, share, or distribute any personal or business data to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Data is stored locally using SQL Server LocalDB on your own infrastructure. No data is transmitted to external servers or cloud services. You retain full control and ownership of all information stored in OTIS.

4. Authentication

OTIS uses a simple PIN-based login system for employee authentication. Sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. PINs are stored in the local database and are masked in the interface for non-admin users.

5. Data Retention

Data is retained in the local database for as long as needed for business operations. Administrators can delete individual records or clear all data using the built-in management tools.
